You may know Stefan Bion as the creator of EVPMaker software that most of us have used at one time. He is now a forum member.
I just revisited his website and see that he has added a forum in September of last year (if I'm not mistaken.) The website is out of Germany.

It is remarkable to note that two years ago there were only two websites with forums. Knowledge of ITC is growing, and the ease of use of software and growing interest is part of the reason.
