Yes, I do mean we could see it with our eyes. These aren't nearly as common, but they do occur. I don't know why some can be seen, and some can't, but I suspect they want to be seen ? My mother in law told me about one she saw many years ago. She said they were in an old abandoned house, and one flew out of the fireplace, and flew all through the house. It did scare them, they had no clue what it was ? I saw a bluish white trail from one in my bedroom, several weeks ago. My cat came chasing something into the bedroom, and I started following where her eyes were looking. I didn't see it but a fraction of a second, but it left about an 18 inch trail. Richard
