 Ron,

Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately, that is the same website and none of the functions on the website work.  It is not possible to order anything because the function does not progress.  It says "send us your email address" but there is no such function.  The Forum function doesn't.  The last post from Chisholm was a newslatter dated October 2000.  It looks like is no longer maintained and therefpre no longer functioning.
