I simplified this method a bit. It works fine using a plastic funnel with cling wrap plastic stretched across the funnel. A moist sponge is used against the surface of the plastic cling film to create the vibration. The funnel is placed on a section of plastic sump pump type hose. The recorder can be fitted at the end of the hose. The reflected sound and vibration seem to work well together. I will post a few examples.
