Hi, Thats a difficult question. Webcams are generally low quality, and they come with their own software that would allow you to record as you view. I don't think they go full screen, but you can get quite large. Some people use their camcorders and other devices and run them through something like Adobe Premiere (expensive as heck!) I prefer Logitech over Creative, you have more control. I'd also stick with major well-known brands for a webcam. If you're specifically talking of recording a portion of your screen while the webcam is running, there are free programs out there like camstudio that will allow you to record things that happen on your desktop.
