Let me see if I can help you a bit, relative to; captures of images/video & of audio/voice attempts....and please know; we do have demonstrations on weekends and you can ask questions & participate. That said -- relative to captures/images - from the live stream/video Here is a tutorial explaining how to download and use Screen Grab Pro v1.5 free software to capture images from a live feed:

Once this application (see above) is downloaded; Go to the Toolbar and change the Capture Timer setting to No Timer. After you have your first "capture" go to View in the Toolbar and set to .jpeg or .bitmap. It is easy actually...
And, now regarding the audio, I can tell you how other participants and I have done some recording. We have Audacity loaded on the PC and record directly on to laptop/PC. Once recorded a few of us also "clean" in Clear Voice --Denoiser.
