 Hi Keith,

 Those are both strange sounds, even for CB:). I have often thought about modifying one of my old 'tunable' receiver rigs for a rapid sweep function, somewhat like people are using for 'box' type experiments. The old sets could also tune between channels which might work better for DRV monitoring.
