Using audacity: what settings do use when playing back records evpmaker messages? 50% 30% speed? anything else?

I have found an INCREDIBLE amount of help technologically in the spirit world. I asked them for help with getting evpmaker going and miraculously in a couple days it was working again. I don't really think it had anything to do with fixing my computer virus problem. Using audacity: what settings do use when playing back records evpmaker messages? 50% 30% speed? anything else?
