Some of these (ever increasing) rewards to solve serious crimes are certainly an incentive .. How many psychics (alive or in spirit) does it need to take to concur on the identity of the offender to convince police investigators, I wonder?? (obviously a hurdle being if name elicited is a common one).. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/law-order/reward-to-catch-rodney-james-mitchells-killer/story-fni0ffnk-1226648697062 .. after 30 years, well probably police don't reckon there's much hope of identifying the offender - so no big deal in offering the huge reward.
