 Original IMAGES HERE.OF Ghostly Man. Plus ORBS Floating around Sky, And no i dont think the Orbs are DUST as there was no Wind or Breeze at 1:30am in th morning.

What a good imager software package to use to try clean up the picture.?

Can someone clean it up for me.?
