Check the right side just above the banner... second person?... bearded gentleman
For some reason I am getting this image associated as a balcony. Theater private balcony.
Then again the metal bar and shape also associate with the fantail railing on a sailboat.
The text could be the name of the vessel.

I see the image your are referring to.
I guess what piques my interest the most is the whole composition and right angle of what seems to be a metal bar.
Definitely atypical from everything else I have seen on the Stream so far.
