If there is one thing you are NOT is a freak! So many people experience spirit communication in all different kinds of ways. We are all spiritual beings but we just happen to be on the physical plane right now while others are in the spiritual realm. Mind/consciousness is energy so it can never be destroyed but can only transition. When I have things happen I'm always so happy and it makes me smile, sometimes laugh, and feel so loved and connected.
