It sounds like a novice spirit. I can almost hear the more experienced spirit telling the student spirit: "Now let's go over what you did wrong. You had the channel open but you hit the wrong frequencies at the wrong time." Or - there wasn't enough for the unknown to work with and they made the best effort with what was available at that moment. I like that clip.
