While on an outing for evp's at the local cemetery with a friend (Gary) of mine we came across a large area that was surrounded by a 5 foot cinder block wall.Inside this area there were also four other smaller areas (in each corner) that were also blocked off as well for private family plots.I noticed each one of these areas had a plaque mounted on the wall with the family name,
All except one,
While the recorder was running you will hear me ask
"Is This Empty or Is It (I pause)"....
My friend then says "Hard To Say"
I complete my question by saying "Is Somebody Here?"
You will hear a reply of "I Am Sir"
Then I ask "Can You Call Out Your Name?"
Then you will hear a reply of "But Its Hard!"
There was no other people in the area at this time..
I believe these to be possibly direct answer's to my question's
Thanks
Ray

Hi Ray

At 4.5 seconds I hear what sounds like 'I can hear him" and I agree it does sound like "Its hard" at the end.    Good work.

This is a great catch, having the continuing interaction is awesome when it occurs.

I like the type of response and do hear similar words.
Wondering something though and only to rule it out -
The responses really seem like home background noise to me...a small child whining type of effect while editing. Distance would seem to be about 10ft, rough estimating from the known living voice nearer to the recorder. I would highly doubt you'd find a possible EVP and then have that muck it up though. More the case of perhaps a family burial plot and the child was indeed buried there, along with other family.

Rest assured that I am very careful when recording.
I always take note of my surroundings and will make mention of it while recording.
If I thought for a moment that I picked up any outside sounds that could be possible contamination I would not even consider it to be EVP.
This "Child" was very active,
The following EVP's were also captured there that day.
The only processing on these file's was to amp them up some,
although you can hear the response without it.

Between my words,
"If anyone can say our names..... Ray or Gary"
You can hear a child repeat the name of "Gary"
This clip has been amped up some to hear it better.

Thought you might like to see where I captured these.
Notice the small benchs on the left and right side of the picture. There where small areas of "Family plots" also block walled off.
