Hi,

I hear a high-pitched modulation of evp which then fades into the sound of a tv or radio in the background.

tbenefi33,
I ran your clip through SoundSoap2 and just a touch (setting of "2") with denoiser to try and bring out the voice a little,
Since I dont know what the situation was or what questions you might have been asking at the time, What I am hearing may not make any sense,
But What I Hear is "Your Joking..Isaac"
I have attached the clip

tbenefi33,
Today I was cleaning out my SAVED files of peoples EVP's that I have worked on and ran across yours. Before I hit the delete button on it I tried one more process,I reversed it this time and now I hear something different.
I can hear the first two words pretty good,"He's Not"
the third word sounds like "Slow poke" and I can hear the last two words as "Like Us",So now I am hearing something that sounds like,"He's Not slow poke like us" or something close.

Wow that is a nice clean job on the file.  Is sound soap only available for Mac?  I went to the Mac site a long while ago and was sort of sad I couldn't find a windows version of it.

I did have clearvoice at one time and did try that one again but for some reason no matter what settings are played with, the sound doesn't get processed at all?  It worked great in my win98 days but then XP it seems broken?

rjisinspired,
Soundsoap2 is available for both platforms,
Mac and Windows,
You can check it out here,
http://www.bias-inc.com/products/soundSoap2/
Note: Clearvoice will only work with wave files,
So you need to be sure that any recording is converted to a wave file first...
Thanks
Ray
