I did a pitch increase of 25% and used some limiting. The increase in pitch makes the voice almost sound like a male voice but I can't figure out what it might be saying.

Good voice in that second one. Sounds similar to "it's possible/plausible" to me.

At regular speed, I hear it as 'its heading back', but can't be sure.
