Hi Keith, I use windows movie maker to go through it frame by frame,And i just resize an crop in microsoft office picture manager. My hubby has photoshop but tbh keith i tried using it and i got mixed up on layers etc, lol.

Heres another smaller image i captured today,I find using the lighter blue hard to bring them through,I prefer deeper blue.Hubby says this image looks like a female, but when i look at it i see two face then one face changing direction.

Nope, unfortunately your software doesn't provide the option to highlight a specific area.

I felt the same way about Adobe at first, but you don't need to use all of that stuff. What I do is:

Capture my screenshot.
File, new.
Edit, Paste.
Image, adjustments, brightness/contrast
Image, image size (to resize)
Use pointer to select an area, right-click, stroke (to highlight certain areas.
File, save as

And of course, the crop tool and such. Maybe I'll make a tutorial for this in the future. If you feel the impulse to try it again, let me know.

I was able to see more in your picture inverted. The lack of contrast between light and dark made it difficult to bring out much more, here it is:
