Hi all, my name is Stefan and I live in South Germany. When I learned about EVP, I was 20; now I'm twice as old, but not really wiser. I did a lot of experimentation using various methods, including the generation of raw audio sources by software, which resulted in programs like EVPmaker which some of you perhaps know or use. I'm still looking for improvements and already have some ideas which I'd like to be descussing - and hopefully eventually presenting - here in this nice forum among nice people. :)

Hi Stefan,

Glad to see you pop in, your software is quite a well known contribution to the field of ITC. I extend my warm welcome.

I also see that you have a forum on your website now, which I was not aware of. I shall post this knowledge as an event in this thread.

You are also welcome to freely and moderately promote your forum here, so that others may know about it.

See you on the forum,

Keith

Thanks to you both for your kind welcome.

Estee, I read about The Big Circle in the AA-EVP magazine. Good to see such an activity of members.

Keith, thanks for adding my forum to your list. However, it's not a very active forum; I seem to be almost the only writer there - so it's more a blog than a forum.

Hi Stefan,

Well, it takes time. First people have to know that it's there. In addition, I think that it's better for forums to grow at a manageable pace.

Hi Keith,

I really don't care if my forum is active or not. It's an offer for people to exchange, if they want to. If not, then OK. There are enough places to exchange about EVP/ITC. ITC Bridge is currently the best place I know. :)

Welcome Stefan and thanks for your already inspiring input to a project of mine. There seems to be a great mix of people here, covering the electronics side, willing testers, theoretical discussion and those generally interested in the paranormal.
It's a very rich forum in a number of ways and strengthened again by your joining, someone who has written a popular program, used by many here.

Hey Stefan!

Happy to see you here as well!  I finally had some luck with your EVPMaker utilizing the allophone you sent me.  I did a 4 minute session that yielded about 6 amazing messages - 8 altogether.  Of course I'm not getting stuff as frequent or as indepth as Margaret, Bruce or Steve but I'm working on it!
