Hi gang!
It's great seeing some familiar names on this board and I'm looking forward to participating in this forum.
BTW, here's a great recipe!
Red Cabbage and Spinach Salad
I head of Red Cabbage
2 or 3 bags of fresh Spinach
Bacon (1 package)
1 lg. Red Onion
1 can of lg. Black Olives
1 small can of Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1 large bottle of Marzetti's Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing
1 package of Blue Cheese
Chop up the cabbage and spinach
Fry up and crumble the bacon
Slice the olives and rd.onion
Throw everything into a large salad bowl
Pour the whole bottle (or most of it) of salad dressing into the bowl
Empty small can of parmesan cheese over that. (optional)
Toss the salad
Then crumble the package of cold blue cheese and add that to the salad.
Then very gently toss the salad again.
Serve

Thanks Keith! I'm glad to be here!
And you don't like spinach?? But it's so good for you! Oh well, in that case you can substitute that recipe with some other kinds of leafy dark greens i.e Romaine lettuce.

Hi Frank! Thanks for the welcome! I don't believe I know you but for a sec. there I thought you were the other Frank. It's funny because Frank is really not a very common name yet there are 2 of them in this forum!
Oh, and btw, I'll let you in on a little secret.. I don't like black olives very much either. The Greek woman who gave me this salad recipe back eons ago puts black olives in EVERYTHING but in this salad, the Sweet and Sour dressing seems to render the olives tasteless -- so that's good.
It's probably better just to throw in a handfull of whole medium blk. olives just to give the salad more color variation. But by doing it this way, it also makes it easier for those who do not like blk olives to avoid them when eating the salad.
P.S. -- Fascinating blog you have there Frank. A lot of interesting information. I never knew lasers were such a big thing now in ITC experiments!

Hi Estee,
No, I'm not Sumption. On this forum he is Old Frank and I am Texas Frank. On his ITC/EVP yahoo forum he is the princess or purple. LOL
Laser's aren't really popular, as a matter of fact I believe since Erland crossed it is just Laura and I who are playing with them. At least I have not seen anyone else posting results around the web concerning them.
Basically, I started messing with laser's because we needed a range of higher frequencies (beyond radio) to make a contact. While Laura, Misty and Keith had their own methods of making contact I decided to use light. After some very promising results Laura found interest and started building her own with me and her husbands help. Not saying she doesn't know electronics. She knows more than she lets on....
Anyway, we have all been part of a recording group since March and have made some very good progress in integrating our spirit teams (they all seem to get along) and technically we have made progress by leaps and bounds. Needless to say we, both Earth side and the other have been able to keep resonance rather well and we are building a strong bridge.
Regards,
Frank R.

Wow! How fascinating and thanks for filling me in on the details on what y'all are up to! I've been looking over everything here and scratching my head wondering if everybody is working as a team here in some area's so you've just confirmed that for me... thanks.
The fact that things are happening in leaps and bounds in this area must mean that you're on the right track -- so I'm looking forward to keeping tabs on everyone's updates in this area!

Hi Estee,
Welcome, sorry this is late, been so busy!! If you ever want to chat or discuss things you can private message me here on the forum or yahoo me.
We, (as a group) like Frank said have been getting good results, and I feel stronger that we can and eventually get the higher realms. we all post either here or at esnips or both.
So that way we can keep things up and others informed. I personally have rules I follow due to some experiences I did not like and will not tolerate again, and sometime down the road i can shre that with ya and everyone here. But, look forward to hearing from you and the recipie sounds great and thanks for sharing that.
Blessings, Laura
