Again while opening the building and being the only person in the building, you will hear Darwin going into the Optical Lab (Olab). As he does so you will hear him say "Now were in the Olab area" then you will hear a Double Beep from his walkie talkie (Low Battery warning) and then the squeal of the door hinge.
