I suggest turning the volume down on playback as it is or normal volume on my computer upon playback - not too loud at all.

I think what pol was saying is that he (or she)is hearing the words "to-lower-your-voice" OR possibly to (lower your voice), and that pol's explanation is that maybe the spirit has very sensitive hearing...so your voice might have been to loud. ??? I don't know for sure what was captured in the recording...I don't have my headphones at the moment. Good Luck :-)

Hi clockdryve, Yes, I understood what "pol" was saying! :-) Spirit says he communicates by telepathy so volume should not be an issue on that side only on our side. Nice to see you aren't working all the time!! Good to hear from you! Jayne
