Howdy Folks, In another thread, I had posted an example of Residual Filtering which revealed an EVP not normally heard. Here is another example to show what you what lies just beneath the surface of a clip. The full size clip is 9meg so I converted it to an mp3. The attachment is from a young man in Texas who conducted a session in an old farmhouse. He has already given me permission for filtering and forum posting. This first post is a standard filtering of the Farmhouse clip. The main response is at time index….17.4 to 20.3 seconds. What I hear is a kind of a creepy low pitched response that says something to the effect of…… Ronald touched me At time index….14.4 to 17.8 seconds you might hear another faint medium pitched response in a euro style accent that seems to say…. we be outta here Please make a mental note as the young man says "make a loud noise" towards the end of the clip. Here is what I call the residual / mirrored version of the Farmhouse clip. As the clip starts out, the click(s) you hear is the filter being applied. At Time index….03.1 to 06.8 seconds you will a medium pitched response that says…. How ya doin’ If you listen carefully to the Left channel you might hear a higher pitched response that seems to reply…. I’m fine This is followed by a low pitched response that seems to say…. FU At Time index….22.2 to 27.1 seconds you might be able to hear a low pitched response that seems to say…. F-ing baby….almost taunting as it were. Towards the end of this same time index, you might also be able to hear a higher pitch response that fires back with another FU Remember the young mans comment "make some noise" At Time index….43.2 to 45.3 seconds, what might be a pre-cognitive transform evp occurs as a middle pitch response comments on all the commotion with…. What’s with the (noise) Interesting how the filtering distorts his voice except for the word "noise" The Evp could possibly be taking advantage of the upcoming word Noise in order to make a louder than normal point. Here is the Right Channel Mirrored version. I split the channels because I heard a couple things that got convoluted because of things going on in the Left Channel audio. At Time index….11.7 to 14.9 seconds you might be able to hear the same taunting response of…. F-ing baby From Time index….32.3 to 39.6 seconds, you might be able to hear the word: president (something) followed by a low pitch response that seems to say….F-ing kidding me The word “me” is fading out. It would seem that this young man recorded an argument brought about by the initial Evp asking….how ya doin’ As mentioned above, these and other responses in the clip are more pronounced in the full size wav file.
