I wonder if it's native American ? MY sisters friend is a Potawatomi and as told her that the area has had many tribe's and the Sulk Indians had a major trail there . The building that this came from has given me over 70 EVP's . Such as this one I attaching . I see ah-chee span's many languages MAYA, CHINESE , Trying to pin down the meaning is hope less .
