Bottom right near the clock you should have an orange icon in the dynamics describing Manager Realtek HD ". Click the left mouse button twice.

If such an icon there, go in the "Start" and then "Control Panel". In Control Panel, double-click left mouse button to start the "Realtek HD Audio Configuration.

In the window that appears, go to the tab "Microphone" and expose the parameters according to the figure above.

In the dialog, "Record Level" Display settings according to the figure above.

Downloading and install the program MP3 Audio Recorder 1.10.10.33:

Run and go in the program settings (Open settings form), expose the parameters according to the figure above.
Place of conservation records (Output Folder), choose at their discretion.

In principle, you can "play" with the parameter "Frequency, HZ", I think 400 Hz is the best option.

Now click "Apply" button and "OK".
Everything is ready for recording, the microphone may be left in open space (on the table). I clean the table, the result is better.
In the window, press the record button "Click to start recording"

Ask your questions, give them some time to answer and stop recording button "Stop recording". Recording automatically saved to disk.

Start Adobe Audition 3 and open the recorded file.
Now we should increase the volume record, in accordance with the figure above.

Actually all, listen to the recording through the speakers.
Of course you can apply filters to clean the noise, experiment.

Supplement about the microphone.

Good results are obtained if the microphone is put in a three-liter jar, nothing close.
Jar can be left on the table, try to put in different places.
Can somewhere in the half to pour water into the jar and drop the microphone closer to the water.
I think the bank can replace some wooden box, try different options.

You can post the question in a whisper say different abracadabra, you can open the tap water (you need the background).
