I hear it, sounds like a male, but I can't make it out, other than it being a sound of some sort. Vicki

I like that "thump" sound you got right after the laugh. Classic EVP sound phenomena :)

Karlos1212,
When you say quiet street you really mean it!
I can almost hear the name "Pepe" (Reduced Speed)along with some other additional words at the end.
Your recording has almost no background noise (White Noise) for being recorded outside. Sounds like my recorder when I set it at XHQ-Extra High Quality or just HQ which I never use for capturing EVP. I am just wondering if your recorder might have any quality settings like that? Maybe getting some background noise (Static) by reducing the quality a little? would help form more words Just a thought.
(Trying to be helpful)
My Impression
Ray

Thanks, I wasn't being picky with the spelling. I didn't know if maybe you had a phone in your County called a Movile....
