Greetings friends, Russian researchers EVP is the idea, convene a meeting of all people who is studying this phenomenon. The venue is scheduled to be in the town of Gelengik, on the shore of the Black Sea. from the Russian side will be at least 15-20 people, at the Forum is planned to discuss methods of research, share research, as well as, recreation, and visit the city.
