Hi,

Well - just let them know you are ready to 'experiment'; that your setup is ready to recieve. Explain to them the type of circuit, device, etc you are using, and ask them how to improve on it. They seem curious as to how things work.

The last question was interesting - the problem is that if they or it answers you dont know really whether or ot it is a lie!! But thats a start (!); use your imagination in the questions!

I always try for names - so far I have had very limited success. For me they seem to be most active at the beginning and end of the tape recording session.

I always ask them if they have any messages to give me and I repeat that many times; it make tale several repititions too ya never know.
