It does resemble a face, now that you mention it. A rather large and misshapened face with top and bottom rows of teeth showing. I adjusted the brightness level of the picture, adding a little shadow, in order to better see the image I circled (in which I see a man with his balding head slightly turned to one side). Perhaps I should try some other adjustments and see what's going on with those teeth.
