Hello, Ray. At approximately :04, I hear either "I will help you film this" or perhaps "I will help you through this." Actually, I could hear this better on the clip that is not denoised. On the denoised version, I can detect other voices; can't quite make out what is being said, however. Regardless, I think slowing down this recording helped a great deal.
I like the fact that you are not afraid to slow down a recording. In my brief experience with evp (2 years), I have found that many experimenters seem reluctant to slow down a recording, citing the danger of changing the actual meaning of the evp. I have no such qualms. It seems that slowing down recordings was once more widely accepted, particularly when one consults some of the literature from perhaps a decade or so ago. I don't know why the technique has fallen out of favor. To me, it seems perfectly logical that a message from another dimension might "come in" a little out of sync. By the way, I recently posted a recording that I made by utilizing the wind howling through a partially opened window. If you get a chance to listen to it, I would love to hear your opinion of that recording.
