I went back to this simple method last night. I used a small piece of Styrofoam type packing sheet (like paper) . I rubbed this on the surface of my washer. The best results were obtained rubbing the oval emblem on the washer door. The recorder was isolated from the surface by using a thick soft sponge. The recorder was a DA 200. No radio or background noise was used. This was from the end of the session. "Will gather at the antenna" There is a 20 foot tall aluminum antenna outside on the opposite end of the house.
