 Hello -- I do hear two distinct utterances/thoughts.  The break is clearly seen in the clip.   

Believe to hear, the first part, as:  "Think of --your brother"  ...(next hear something in between -- then towards the end --)  "he won't let me". 

Is my initial take on it after listening several times in Audacity and amping further.
