For several years I have been working with different types of vibrationally produced sound. The example I am posting was created using a two sided sponge and a large smooth glass tray from an old microwave oven. The sponge is lightly misted with a glass cleaner and lightly rubbed across the smooth glass surface. The recorder is laying flat on the glass tray as well, in order to pick up more of the vibrational energy. This example was from the 'scotch brite' side of the sponge, which produces a lower tone of voices. "My question for a boy, is this real?" Please let me know if you can hear any of this, Thanks, Dave Attachment: 082809myquestionforaboyisthisreal (3).mp3 (Downloaded 970 times)
