Yes, it's the beta. I have the 1.3.7 version, but there's a 1.3.9 available. It shouldn't be long, before the stable 1.4.0 is out. You'll have to try the noise removal, to believe it. It's unbelievably better than the noise reduction. I read an article several months ago, and it said the 1.4.0 was supposed to rival, and even surpass audition in some ways.
