Thank you for uploading the un-enhanced version. I do not necessarilly hear the word Olta.
I do what seems like OK as you wife's sentence completes.
As the clip begins to taper off there is a faint voice that says:
I am in a different town than you"
I also cranked up cool edit.....and gave the entire file a 50% noise reduction using the settings found in the following guide:

The result is somewhat otherworldly.
Do you have the cooledit program?
If not, maybe someone else could use the settings in the guide but only do a 50% reduction in noise and report what they hear.
If not I'll tell you anyways, but I always like confirmation from someone else.
