 this is really fantastic.

 

I was listening yesterday late afternoon ( Pacific time) and then early evening -- I very clearly heard some short phrase repeated like 3-4 times.

It was very definately the same words, repeated. Too unclear to make out, but def not any 'normal' radio breaking in.
