A bit later in the same recording...seem to hear them speaking about the internet then, this question, which I seem to hear now as: "Can you move to the other station?" Like someone in Spirit is doing a dog & pony show for some others ....
Wow! This one's quite clear too!!
They are talking about moving perhaps to a different station to improve reception. I get this being said in many of my off-bridge evp recordings during my private sessions. Especially at the beginning of the session.
Their communication centers are called "STATIONS" -- just like The TimeStream station, for example.
