When I denoised this very charming "utterance" in Cool Edit... had the bar set smack in the middle for that, I'm hearing what you are very clearly except I can only hear the "day" in "Today"... the "To" part is too fractured.
The voice sounds distinctly female.
I also loaded your clip into Clear Noise but even though I cleaned it a couple of times in that utility, it was not bringing the out the quality of that voice as nicely as Cool Edit's denoiser, at least in this case.
