Ron Rickett's is really good at standing behind his products. Dunno what the problem may be, but if you have reception on your other radios, you should have an equal amount on your mbox. Not sure when you tried it, but nighttime has better am signal propagation, so it might be more successful. At any rate, I am sure that they will make it right, they were quick to fix a problem I had with a box. Best of luck Andy
