When I use it, it kills my ability to communcate, use mediumship.

No I do think it's paranormal, but I think the person's energy works better with it. It's like a pendelum, or dowsing rods, whosever using it is "training it" to their energy. When I use it, it kills my ability to communcate, use mediumship.
