 Keith, had a detailed look at the two Muellers photo's , I am not an anthropologist but even I can see that upon close inspection J Mueller's head structure is completely different in the sense his side temples are more inclined and the crown elevate's.  In comparison to the E Mueller photo the head tends to elongate and widen and spread.  As regards the ears, J Mueller's are lagre and Emueller's (middle photo) are smaller.  

Conclusion: the photo's of the Two Doctor Mueller's are compleatly different, indicating two separate individuals.
