On processing: There are so many softwares available it will spin your head. Personally, I like Audacity because it's free, and runs on Linux (my preferred operating system) and Windows. What's funny, is that all of the softwares currently available use the same algorithms to generate their processes. Some simply offer more features and eye candy; but Audacity does it for me.
If I were to process this clip for audio clarity, I would first limit the loudness dynamics by running through a compressor at a 2:1 ratio. Then, perhaps a touch of EQ, but not much. It's already a good sounding clip!
