Hugging a tree... an old growth tree is good and it's also helpful to take off ones shoes and stamp on the ground with each foot a few times to release bad chi and to become more grounded.

Try doing this at the same time everyday you would not believe how much better you will feel... physically and emotionally. It really does help! And meditating for 10 minutes twice a day is good too! :)
