Robert Felix has shared a download link for a collaborative compilation of various researcher's theories, samples, and experimental ideas. It covers an extremely wide range of topics, covering items such as meditation, evp, neurophone, voice samples, books, software utilities, and much more.  There's enough information in this download to keep someone busy for a long time, easily guaranteed that there is something of interest to everyone.

We have a downloadable zip file that gives basic material on EVP and experimental protocols.  There is a 'main' file that gives software such as a full working Cool Edit sound editor & other utilities-also basic 'how to' techniques' for listening in to Spirit voices using EVP. There is in it a directory called 'Experiments' we describe below that gives buildable and testable laboratory Experiments/equiptment  that might improve the quality of EVP voices reception/perception.  Download for the 'main' file:

 We here describe some Experiments in this Directory that might improve EVP spirit voices reception/perception.  Each 'Experiment' has its own sub-Directory, which is seen as the icon of a green coloured book. 

·        The Directory “Neurophone” describes a device separately and independently invented by GP Flanagan and Dr. HK Puharich.  It has helped deaf people to hear by capacitively coupling via. an insulated electrode to the contralateral stylomastoid portion of the ear a low frequency(we used 40khz) amplitude modulated carrier.  This carrier can be modulated with voice speech or music and it is heard perfectly by the deaf person who can use it.  It is said this AM modulated carrier-hence called ‘radiophonic hearing’ goes directly to that part of the brain responsible for the perception of sound through the 8th cranial nerve.  The best candidate for preliminary exploration is a deaf person who once had hearing and later lost it.   Since ‘radiophonic hearing’ totally bypasses the cochlea of the ear, our natural hearing organ is not needed here, and the Neurophone will even work on people who have had this cochlea surgically removed!  Radiophonic hearing is an all or none proposition, either the deaf person hears, or she does not.   If she ‘hears’ or perceives radiophonically, she will be able to listen to and perceive MUSIC much as we normal hearing people do!  Is this not indeed a blessing, the greatest of gifts for a deaf person?  The Neurophone was studied by the US Air Force, and a copy of this study is included.   In it, Dr Puharich states he gave complete hearing to a man born absolutely totally deaf from birth.   Concerning EVP work, we hypothesize that a person who is totally deaf and who ‘hears’ normally through the Neurophone using the protocols described may like Helen Keller “overcome” her handicap and perhaps become the greatest clairaudient medium of the 21st century, as DD Home was in 19th century Victorian England…

·        The Directory Alec MacRae describes this scientists experiments in an electrically and acoustically(sound) shielded room recording for EVP.  By the consensus reality as the technically inclined understand it, NO EVP should have been received since this chamber is totally shielded from all outside sound and electrical waves.  Yet Alec received Spirit voices.  Does this mean that Spirit uses some unknown ‘non-Hertzian’ form of radiation to conduct their messages into our receiving apparatus?  Would using techniques or instruments to receive these forms of ‘non-Hertzian radiation’ more directly result in clearer and longer EVP messages? We have several experiments concerning the construction of these devices:

§        Directory ‘Rodgers Antenna’.  The conventional wisdom has it that if you have a transmitter output of one hundred watts on, let us say the amateur bands below 28 megahertz to a Hertzian wire antenna, fifty watts will go into the antenna, and fifty watts will go into the ground. This fifty watts going into the ground is ‘said’ to be dissipated as heat.  This is not so, a non Hertzian ‘ground wave’ is produced which travels through the earth.  It can be picked up at a great distance away by using the simplest adaption of conventional AM or SSB receivers now used. An underground or sub surface antenna, the “Rodgers Antenna” is described that can broadcast this ‘ground’ wave through the earth and receive it too.  Since this is ‘non-Hertzian’ radiation, we hypothesize that using this “Rodgers Antenna” system will result in the reception of higher quality EVP. (For experimentation with  all these antennas a valid amateur radio operator’s license is required.)

 

§        The Directory ‘Hydrionics’ described another unconventional non-Hertzian antenna/transmitter system that sends speech and music through the WATER-that is-under water. It is again an extremely unconventional antenna-it does not hold to the rule as with a conventional ‘Hertzian’ antenna that for maximum efficiency the antenna must be half the wavelength or so, this invention of Wallace Minto is such a small fraction of the accepted size for a Hertzian wire antenna that it could not possibly work. But it does.  We would strongly suggest using the empty(little used) 180 meter amateur band, which lies just a little higher(1.8-2.0Megahertz) than the top of the conventional AM broadcast band(540-1600khz) for your experiments and use several watts of power. (For experimentation with all these antennas a valid amateur radio operator’s license is required.)

 

§        The Directory ‘Tree Antenna’ describes an old year 1919 Scientific American article on using a Tree.(the bigger, the better) as an antenna!  The Tree can both transmit and receive wireless signals on the amateur bands below ten meters. (we have tried this ,and it works) Only several(3-4 watts at most) of power are used, as the Tree is a living organism, and electrical wattage expressed as heat may destroy the living tissue. See the Directory ‘Backster Effect’.  Cleeve Backster found that plants can receive this non-Hertzian radiation that apparently may have a connection with EVP voices manifestations.  He tested for this effect in a shielded room like Alec MacRae did, and got similar[size= anomalous] results-the plants were able to respond to stimuli outside this shielded chamber and some distance away.  Apparently, this ‘unknown’ radiation or effect does NOT obey the inverse square law as conventional Hertzian radiation does.

 

§        What if we ‘ran’ an EVP receiving apparatus-such as the microphone/amplifier/recorder assembly described with this ‘non Hertzian’ form of electricity.  The folder “Bedini” describes the construction of a very unusual power supply that may do just this-produce a small amount of this ‘unknown’ scalar electricity to run a low powered device for reception of EVP.  If this was possible, would ‘running’ a microphone/preamplifier/recorder assembly with this as a power supply result in the perception/reception of EVP of superior audio quality and time duration? 

 

o       What if ‘we’ are not the only sentient beings on this planet?  What if our accepted without question beliefs about brain size in relation to intelligence is completely wrong-that the ‘brain’ is a transducer or receiver for the “mind” and its physical size does not matter?  See the overall view ‘Some Hypothesis’ in the Directory ‘Experiments’ for further discussion.  Are parrots sentient beings?  As with a small child, they can go beyond mere imitation of what was said and engage in intelligent discourse or dialogue with their human guardians.  See: http://www.parrotresearch.com   Also see the Directory ‘Parrot Research’, where we have an article basically explaining this and have downloaded the website in part for those who do not have an Internet connection.   Soundfiles of ‘Budgie-speak’ and the circumstances surrounding it are enclosed.(Use headphones when listening!)  Parrots speak of heaven(the afterlife) reincarnation, and spiritual matters in an intelligent manner.   Going back to the most ancient forms  of mediumship/shamanism, could a seeker make a companion or ally of a Budgie who could perhaps as a favour relay messages from our brother sisters on the ‘other’ side-usually the “astral” planes?  Since their metabolism is so much faster than ours, Cool Edit or a special cassette recorder is needed with the smaller Budgies to ‘slow down’ parrot talk to the speed where we humans can hear/understand it. 

o       The Folder EFT ‘Emotional Freedom Techniques’ gives a method that by literally tapping into our potential-tapping the ends of the acupuncture meridians with our fingers along with other simple procedures we can once and for all release ‘bad’ energies that impede our spiritual progress.  Fears and worries may make it difficult to impossible to be calm and collected enough to ‘sit for’ and listen to EVP.
