No specs, that's right, but from the photo of the original device you can draw some conclusions about the dimensions. The material is surely copper, since all coils in electronics are made of this material. And of course the wire must be thin and insulated; otherwise it wouldn't be possible to reach this high resistance.
Robin Foy should be able to provide more details, and perhaps some recordings.
However, the question remains if even the original device would work as good (if any) today as it did during the Scole experiments which were conducted in the presence of a physical medium...
