He said that while at work he said his shirt was pulled on twice.
While he was explaining what happened you can hear what sounds like "I Know" in between his words,The noise in this file in a bunch of fans from a room full of fans and Hepa Filters that were running.That may have been the source for the odd sound or the vibration type voice?
