Andy Cooper at CNN interview the guys involved in the rescue of the child from the submerged car in Utah.
When they were asked about the Mystery Voice they claim to have heard, one person responded that he heard Help Us prior to them deciding to flip the car on its side.

If you advance the video to approx 2 minutes, you will hear one officer call out we're helping...we're coming as if he was acknowledging the call for help he had heard. After this comment they begin to flip the car.
Now...if you back up the video from 1 minute 23 seconds to 1 minute 26 seconds, in the shuffling background noise you may be able to hear a transform EVP. Earbuds - Headphones are necessary to hear it.
