I like your website also. I've been sitting on my new wordpress website for months now because I find web creation so challenging....I may hit you up for advice
Did you still need help with your old files? It seems that issue has not been resolved. The question as to whether your old files converted to mp3 can be converted back to .wav in a format successfully enough to use with evpmaker....
Regarding other software out there, no I am not aware of any others at the moment.
