 I don't know yet what you mean by dc offset and amplitude, but here is what it says on the ebay link:
'DDS signal with variable amplitude and offset

What it boils down to is that I like the LCD display, but it only goes down to 1Hz and you say I need at least 0.125Hz.


Here is what Quality kits says about QK23:

'This simple kit uses four operational amplifiers (op-amps) to deliver these waveforms in the 6 Hz to 7000 Hz range.'
