Andrew Cleaning a file can be tricky,Almost everyone will say not to do it. If you do clean a file always save the original as it is, and then make a copy work on the copy only. Using your file as an example, I have made a video showing the slight ambient noise removal that can be done. For the noise removal I have used "Isotope RX2 Denoiser" and "Spectrogram image" WavePad Masters Edition" for the "Waveform images" I always try to use both my "Eyes" and "Ears" when I need to remove any noise from a file. Removing as little noise as possible, being to aggressive will only distort the file and you may not hear anything. http://youtu.be/ZpWaEFIEBwk Good Luck Ray
