This is where she hears the noise and then explains to me what made it and dismissed it.
She lives in an area that is currently having blizzard like conditions.
When her and her boy mentions "The Tag" she is talking about the little sign hanging on her house with the address numbers on it that is swing in the gusty wind.
In her recording which is several minutes long this is the only time you hear this.
